I cannot be held responsible for postal delays.
If your order is urgent then it is YOUR responsibilty to choose special delivery.
My normal delivery days are Monday, Wednesday & Friday.
Please let me know on checkout if you need quickly. I would strongly recommend the special delivery option for the postage.
Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email with another reminder to let me know if you need your order urgently- please do let me know.
This is a busy time of year and everything is made to order from scratch. I work as quickly as I can but receiving emails asking where your order is 2 days before the wedding is of no help.
There is a box during checkout asking for the date needed by please tell me.

I use Royal Mail TRACKED 24 & 48 & special delivery
This is a new service to me as recorded has become so expensive. Once sent you should receive your tracking number. On delivery royal mail will photograph delivery. For garters they are sent in a large letter box and will fit through your letterbox. Ring cushions, dolly bags & larger orders will be in a large box.
